The MEDIGREIF Medbau GmbH was founded in the year of 1995. Since that time, it has been occupied mainly in the areas of planning control, project control,  equipping and bringing into operation of hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, old people’s homes, integrative health centres, hotels and swimming baths. Furthermore the company specialises in the rebuilding, new building and renovation of buildings, in particular listed buildings under preservation orders.

At the same time, the MEDIGREIF Medbau GmbH is responsible for the production of the planning documents, for the planning of the building implementation and supervising all constructional aspects of the project on the side of the customer until its completion, for the fully operational handover on schedule of the relevant facility, including the complete interior equipping by the date set by the client.

The project management of the MEDIGREIF Medbau GmbH distinguishes itself in many regards:
